The new Traffic Company and Forensic Services Facility includes construction of a 100,550 sf, three-story highly secure forensics laboratory and office building to house the San Francisco Police Department’s Traffic Company (motorcycle police) & Forensic Services Divisions. This critical facility will ensure the viability of San Francisco’s traffic emergency responders and investigative forensic personnel during a major seismic event or other emergency, providing state-of-the-art professional work environments and the facilities necessary for a citywide response.
