Cary Thompson brings over three decades of invaluable experience to the forefront of his work. With a remarkable 37-year tenure as a member of Local 104 Sheet Metal Workers, Cary has consistently demonstrated his dedication and expertise in the construction industry.

Throughout his illustrious career, Cary has played integral roles in several iconic projects that have shaped cityscapes and communities across the United States. Notable among these projects are the Salesforce Tower, the Chase Center for the Golden State Warriors, and the SeaTac Airport International Arrivals Facility. Cary has contributed his expertise to the construction of prominent landmarks such as the WSCC Washington State Convention Center, the Fresno State John Madden Library, and multiple noteworthy developments in San Francisco including NEMA at 10th and Market, 535 Mission, 399 Fremont, and 500 Terry Francois Blvd.

Cary's journey to excellence is underpinned by a solid educational foundation. He attended Tulare Union High School from 1983 to 1987 before furthering his education at Foothill College from 1994 to 1999. It was during this time that Cary honed his skills in the building trades through rigorous training at the Sheet Metal Workers Local 104 trade school.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Cary is an avid athlete and outdoor enthusiast. He boasts an impressive record as a two-time National Champion in adult baseball, clinching titles in 2011 and 2013. When he's not on the baseball diamond, Cary can be found enjoying recreational rounds of golf, casting lines while fishing, exploring nature through hiking, or immersing himself in the vibrant atmosphere of outdoor events and live music.

Curtis Wood brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, leading large-scale, complex developments across commercial, institutional, and residential sectors in urban environments. With a diverse background spanning design, construction, and development, he serves as a construction management consultant, guiding clients and projects through planning, execution, and delivery.

Curtis is a seasoned leader in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing complex real estate and development projects across California and the Western United States. Over the past five years alone, he has overseen more than $500 million in development assets and over 1.5 million square feet of real estate, including commercial, institutional, and residential properties. His deep expertise spans all phases of the development lifecycle—from entitlement and design coordination to construction execution and closeout.

As a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), Curtis brings a strong technical foundation to his work, enabling him to engage with design teams, contractors, and consultants at a highly detailed level. He is particularly adept at navigating regulatory environments, working closely with public utility agencies, planning departments, and building officials to move projects forward efficiently and in compliance with all applicable codes and requirements.

Curtis also offers robust financial capabilities, including pro forma modeling, cash flow analysis, and financial forecasting. His ability to synthesize financial and technical data has made him a trusted liaison between project teams, investors, and stakeholders—ensuring alignment on budget, schedule, and performance metrics throughout the life of a project.
